Callcenter reps can't hear callers with volume all way up

Hello,

Need some guidance in things to look for when callers can't be heard well by callcenter agents. I'm thinking the "input gain" but where do you apply this? Dial-peer or T1?

any help is appreciated.

That's correct. You could have:

voice-port 0/0:23

input gain 3

The "input gain" command is applied to a voice port, for example:

voice-port 0/0/0

input gain 3

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

It would also work on a DID T1 right? That way all calls inbound would be given the same treatment, right?

That's correct. You could have:

voice-port 0/0:23

input gain 3
