Callmanager with voice gateway in different country

Hello,

   We have a CallManager 9.x server in Canada with local calling to the US and Canada.  We recently partnered with a decent sized office in Germany of about 100 staff.  We have an 20Mb  MPLS circuit between offices for document transfer most of which run at night so the circuit is pretty lightly used during day.

We would like to host the German phones on the Canadian server, let the German office call US and Canada using the Canadian CallManager PSTN links and let the German office make local extension calls and local European calls via their German voice circuits without having to have the call route to Canada.  

Can we do this easily ? Could we use one of the CallManagerExpress routers in Germany to help ?

Any suggestions or things to avoid ?

Can we do this easily ? - Yes absolutely

My first question , how Germany office users are using IP telephony system ? Or just they dont have any  IP telephony voice setup and you are doing a new implementation from scratch for them?

Please answer this question so that we can help you further on setup part.
