Calls are disconnecting randomly?

Dear all;

We are using Cisco UBE(3845 series router) in our infrastucture, and calls which are mostly to the PBX numbers are disconnecting randomly. To overcome this problem, we added 'nat symmetric check-media-src' parameter to the SBC's configuration. This decreased problem a little(calls to the PBX numbers mostly solved), however calls continue to disconnect randomly. We are getting the 'Recovery on timer expiry' and 'No user responding' errors. Now we increased the 'timer receive-rtcp' and 'timer receive-rtp' parameters. These changes did not work, we are still getting those errors. I investigated the problem and i think because of  not to come any RTP packets from called side during RTP session to the Cisco UBE, a timer is becoming active. And then call is disconnecting. But i could not find the exact parameters and timer to fix this problem.

Is there anybody to help me about above issue. Thank you for your helps.

Any idea in SIP-ISUP calls about 'Recovery on timer Expiry'?
