Calls from particular phones not transferring to voicemail after no answer

We've got some phones that, when they are called and there is no answer, don't transfer to voicemail properly.  It just rings busy.

I have a valid voicemail profile selected,

I've selected the checkbox after the following: (w/ appropriate selections for CSS for each ("with configured CSS, then individual selections)

  • Forward Busy Internal
  • Forward Busy External
  • Forward No Answer Internal
  • Forward No Answer External
  • Forward Unregistered Internal
  • Forward Unregistered External

The only calls that are NOT being forwarded to voicemail are a particulary subnet of phones that are internal.  (They're actually in the same device pool and seem to be configured exactly the same as the phones experiencing the problem.)

Any help would be appreciated

Calls from particular phones not transferring to voicemail after

After CUCM sends the SIP Invite to the voice mail server it receives a "SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized" from the IP address  130.127.237.70 which is the Asterisk voice mail server.

INVITE sip (out from CUCM to Asterisk)

--------------

SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized (In from Asterisk to CUCM)

--------------

ACK sip (out from CUCM to Asterisk)

--------------

Basically the issue was a misconfiguration on the Asterisk side.
