Cannot dial a specific number

I have an issue in dialing one specific number and cannot workout what is stopping it.

When dialing the number digit by digit and then pressing # the message: your call cannot be completed as dialed is played.

If the number is entered in full and then dialed it shows that the call is connected on the phone, but there is no sound heard.

The CUCM is: System Ver: 6.1.3.1000-16

I am using a H323 Gateway.

I have created a specific route pattern to match this number exactly. That pattern has been put into Partition and associated with the correct CSS.

On the H323 Gateway I have created a specific Dial-peer to match this 10 digit number:

dial-peer voice 181 pots
corlist outgoing UK-National-Calls
description UK National Calling Nuttal
translation-profile outgoing Outbound_Trans
destination-pattern 90127655555
progress_ind alert enable 8
port 0/0/0:15
forward-digits 10

Below is the output of a Debug isdn q931:

Would anyone have any suggestions of what I am missing?

All other calls are working fine and the number I am calling is correct.

Re: Cannot dial a specific number

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '0127655555'

Some numbers within the UK 01276 area code have 9 digits after the 0, while others have 10 digits after the 0.

That part looks OK, as long as your called number is one of the shorter ones.
