I currently have a help desk that uses Cisco Call Manager 4.2X with CRA 3.5. I have a 2811 router with a channelized T-1 for inbound calls. We currently have a simple script to handle incoming calls.
I have a new client that will be outsourcing their help desk to our help desk. I would like to have the client call a dedicated number and then have the clients name displayed on the help desk phones or agents. I think I need to do this through the CRA Editor, but I'm not sure if I can modify the Caller ID Name. Is this possible?
