We need to see any error message displayed during router bootup regarding that FXS module. So does bootup console logs indicate anything..Pl. post that here? Also need to see what "sh diag" reports.
On 2600 VIC-2FXS is supported on all the versions so 12.0(5)T1 shouldn't be a problem..visit
