Cisco 2821 - E1 PRI and PVDM issue

Hi all ;

I have problem with my router and E1 , whenever I dial E1 number it has mute call , router answer but there is no handshake sound , attach you may find configuration , please consider that this is really urgent for me to fix this issue .

First of all you should upgrade you IOS as you're still running the initial version of 12.4-9T, likely buggy.

Then, you should have clock source line and network-clock-participate and -select.

Also note, the PVDM2-64 for voice, will not work with the channelized PRI card for data. It works exclusively with cards that have V in the part number, likve VWIC.
