Cisco ATA187 SIP MGCP ON CISCO2921 WITH CUCM9.1

Hello,

we have a problem with SRST functionality.

Our voip network is composed by CUCM9.1 (ip 10.138.218.3) and a lot of VG2900 in MPLS.

All it's working with MGCP (all ephone works in SRST on VG's 2900 series when CUCM is unreachable).

The only problem is with ATA187 SIP firmware 9.2.3.1:

App Load ID APP187.9-2-3-1

SW_Version ID 187.9-2-3-1

When CUCM9.1 is reachable the ATA's work fully but in SRST we have registration problems, the ATA doesn't register on it.

I think the problem is SIP configuration on VG.

You can see the attached VG2921 configuration, so you can help us to solve this issue, please.

We have activated the debug SIP (debug voice register errors, debug voice register events, debug ccsip message) but we didn't see nothing and from voice register pool command there aren't registration request:

VGW2921-LUSERNA#sh voice register pool all

Pool Tag 1
