1)will cisco 3620 ios gatekeeper can support how many concurrent h323 voip call? 60?
2) the davolink (korea) fxs gw make call to cisco 2620 (T1) isdn router, but the call can only hold 20sec, then it dropped suddenly. (other taiwan fxs gw wont happen like this)

The answer to your question about gatekeeper performance is not straight forward. The answer will depend on the amount of memory on your router as well as any other duties the router is performing. I would believe 60 simultaneous calls is reasonable based on information from the following link.

In regards to your second question, it would help if you pasted the entire debug output for a failed call. The call may be failing at a point beyond your network, so changing the T310 timer from your routers point of view may not be doing anything.
attach your entire q931 debug so that we can better identify which device is at fault. Make sure you have millisecond debugging enabled

Sam,
Looking at the debug, your isdn router did drop the call, but this happened after it connected. Based on that, I have to believe that it was instructed to drop the call by the originating router. We would need further debugs to gain more insight.
On the terminating router (ISDN) router, run the following debugs.
debug h225 asn1
debug isdn q931
On the originating router run these debugs
debug h225 asn1
debug vpm signal
We need to find which device is instructing the call to be disconnected, and then from there you can search for an explanation.
