Cisco IAD 2430 error.Please help me!!!

I have some problems about the IP COM system.

1.when a call had finished, a few minutes later I made another call, but i could not hear any dial tone. After that, showing command in IAD 2430 (connect directly to telephone via FXS port), I found that the port of this telephone number was connected. But infact, the call had finished as below :

Please take a look in the bold row. When i used command "shutdown" then used "no shutdown" on this port, this port became normally and I can hear dial tone.

2. After a call finished, I hang up telephone. 2 to 4 seconds later, it will be ringing until I pick up although there is no incoming call.

3. During the calling conversation, the call is usually automatically dropt (we can't hear any sound from each other)
