Cisco self service ID shows 64031*01. Do you know what it means? Why it is showing *01 after ext64031?

When we add users to self service in Call Manager, some of the user's self service ID shows extension plus *01. Does anyone knows what this means?

example:  ext64031*01

Old thread, but I know the

Old thread, but I know the answer.  It's because you have more than one person with that number as their primary extension, so the increment happens *01, *02, *03, etc.
