CISCO2801-V3PN/K9 with "FL-CCME-24"

Hi everybody

could you pls help me, I have CISCO2801-V3PN/K9 router that support FL-CCME-24 , I found that this is a Call Manager Express feature license ,but I don't understand this & could you tell me how can I active this feature?

Callmanager Express provides call processing for up to 240 phones and is used for small sites and branch offices. Please see the links below for more information as well as the necessary steps for configuration.
