CME-AA function

Dear all

We just bought a new 2821CME. my problem is someone call phone1 and it is not around or busy, it can only forward to voice mail. is possible to let caller to chose leave msg or dial another extension ?

P.S. call may come from DID, PSTN via FXO or AA.
