Connection Problem

Please can anyone know how I can resolve this problem. Within my network I can telnet, ping the router Fasteth port Ip address, but from the outside network, I can not. I also can not receive the SIP INVITE MESSAGE my sip provider is sending to the SIP-SERVER IP address. Please I need your help.

Hi,

this might be a routing issue or a filter issue.

First, what does a trace through the SP network towards your desired IP give you? Where are you stuck?

Second, are there any firewalls, access-lists and/or NAT devices preventing connectivity?
