CUCM 8.5 - numbers can only be used conditionally -

Hi guys,
I am what the CUCM 8.5 relatively new and am sitting here at the customer with some problems.

One of them is that one of the phones can make calls, but can not be called.

The config for the phone (Directory Number Configuration) itself is the same as for all other phones in the house.
I've already compared and even made a complete new device.
The result is as before, I can call with the phone (domestic and external) but not be called internally.

This is about the pool of 10 numbers (there are 500 to 599).
The range 550-559 can not be called internally, but everything else works.

Result, the same as before.
Call from external, ok
Call from the connection to other internal connection, ok
Internal call to the connection, fail
Announcement: .......... connection can not be established, check the number under the phone number directory ... and so on

It is my understanding that there is no user for that.
That can not be there so I created this.
Or am I wrong?

Does anyone have any idea why this is so?
Or what I should be looking to solve the problem?

I appreciate any response

Hi AhmedI think I have found

Hi Ahmed

I think I have found the error.

I found a pattern definition and I mean that this is wrong.

Translations Pattern: 5 [012346789] .X

I'm not so firm in the area, I would be glad if someone translate me this.

I think that this means that everything is taken after 5 in the range 0-4 and 6-9 but not the fifth
If my suspicion is correct, then the problem is this rule.
