dial translation

Hi All, assistance required

have a number of dial translations in place...

For some reason translation paterns will not work for international numbers...

All other translation paterns are ok - works for mobiles, local numbers and national numbers (UK)...For example 1006 to a mobile number works etc etc...So at the moment the users have to dial full international number...

Anyone any ideas...to my knowledge there have been no config changes, Gateway settings look ok....

Also users have lost the preceding '9' on missed, recieved, calls on users Directory...and when you attempt to use the number call just forwards to operator....Have checked parameter settings for Call Managers and the preceding '9' is still there...

Any input assistance appreciated

Would you like translation table setup to only dial 9 when dialing international?

Try this:>

add to the translation table for internation calls.

011.* 9,\0 ANYGROUP
