we are using Unity 4.1, and CCM 4.1(3). I have 1 user who gets a message "The call cannot be completed as dialed? when she presses the messages button. Does anyone know what to do or has ever encountered this before. I checked all the settings in CCM and Unity and I even deleted the account in Unity and re-created it and she still has the same issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
I couldn't wait so I took a closer look at the configs everywhere in the Unity, Call Manager and the line. it turned out the problem was when the device was associated with her name in CCM, the phone was selected but there was no check mark by the Primary Ext. box.
This user has been in the system for about 6 months, so I am guessing she never used VM before. thanks for the input.
