fax successful, but printed report error

Hi,

The call flow is like this: fax->sip server->AS5400->other equipment->fax

The fax is sucessful, but on the fax prined report is showing ERROR.

This is happening with different fax machines sending to different destinations, so is not a fax machine problem.

Anyone have an idea ?

Is it Cisco AS5400XM with high-density packet voice/fax feature card? I have this kind of problem too, but in my case AS5400XM is working as MGCP gateway.

Unfortunately :( I had a lot of such issues with faxes. Could you save the RTP stream with ethereal of such fax and together with configuration of AS5400 attach it here? Other than this, output from "debug fax relay t30 all" on a AS5400 would be very usefull too.
