I am trying to find cptone parameters of a special PBX.
I record signalling tones (dial, busy, disconnect) as a .wav file
Could anyone help me to analyse .wav files to find frequency, on-off times.

Try this:
http://www.pas-products.com/analyzerprof.html
It has a trial version that has a "note detector" over 4 frequency ranges and a "zoom" feature and DIRECT comparison tools using your desktop F keys.
Let me know what you think?

Please send wav-es to slavko.vukelic@ptt.yu I already do this for my PBX system in Serbia, but in many cases this is not enough to have cadence and frequency of signal to resolve FXO disconnect problem. We have resolution with combination of timers and signaling tones detection during call.
What about impedance ? We also have problem that
Cisco can't recognize know signaling tones in custom configuration.
