G729 Codec standards

Hi,

I am running G729 codec for my voice. Is there any standard, which mentions that what will be the percentage of the call which will have problem like voice clackling, call drops, blank call. My calls per day is around 50,000 calls per day.

Latency of the links is around 300ms

Well the standard doesn't mention these specifically. The quality of codec, ect is generally ,measures as an MOS(mean Opinion score).
