You must be running Cisco IOS Software Release 12.1(5)XM. This is the only IOS that supports the GateKeeper functions, but you also have to have the correct FEATURE SET. Do you use H.323 and MCM together? If you are trying to use these then you need the Enterprise Plus H.323 MCM to configure them. Try 12.1(5) XM1 with the IP/H.323 for basic gatekeeper functionality. If MCM comes into play, then Enterprise is the only way to get there.
