I would like to have a different number show up for inside calls than what is actually on the line that makes the call. I tried the Internal Caller ID parameter but it still sends the line number also.
Even though you use internal Caller ID field, it still will show the line the call originated from. I think there is no way to mask an internal Caller ID. The only thing you can try is to have a Calling Search Space that can only call a translation pattern for a DN. That translation pattern should have a calling party transform mask that will convert the calling party number to some other number. But, you need to do this on all phones for which you do not want the internal caller ID to be displayed on.
