Hi.
I have an AS5350 that receive calls over its Internet side and delivers them to an Adtran Atlas 550 over a PRI in the other. One of the carriers we use when it receives a call without caller ID is sending the CallerIDblocked=true. This is preventing me to add a number as caller ID and because the way we have setup the next device the call fails. Other carriers when they receive this same kind of calls send no caller ID but doesn't send it blocked.
I tried to make this carrier to change the way they send the calls but they did nothing. My question is if there is a way I can make the Cisco to send a fake caller ID every time it receives this CalleerIDblocked=true or for that matter any call without caller ID.
Thanks

Hi You can do it under your pots configuration.
dial-peer voice xxx pots
(config-dial-peer)#clid ?
network-number To provide Network Provided Number
override To override calling number
restrict To restrict presentation of caller ID
strip To remove calling party number entirely

Hi aydindeniz.
Thank you very much.
The network-number at the dial-peer did the trick.
