interesting problem with IVR application

Hi! I have as5300 with 60 DSP modules. It has several E1 ISDN connections to PSTN, and almost all calls from PSTN were routed through ip network to other cisco router. There is IVR application set up at one incoming number, that serves prepaid cards.

Then one day we have connected those two cisco's with E1 line, with ISDN over it. After that we have noticed a problem with IVR application - sometimes it gives ringing tones instead of playing prompt. But debug shows that IVR script is executed for that calls, and it even processes key presses! But all I hear is ringing tones. This problem is not persistant - some calls are processed just fine (prompts played, all ok), some calls receive ringing tones after cisco picks up.

There are no errors in logs, I don't know what to do.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
