IP Communicator registers as SUBSCRIBER

I have a client using IPC over WIFI. It's our own WLC in a hospital.

The IP Communicator has one-way-audio, and I think it is because the IPC is registered back at the Call Manager with the address of the SUBSCRIBER server. I can't figure out how that is possible. Other IPCs in other site (without a WLC) are working fine over WIFI.

Any ideas ? ? ?

Re: IP Communicator registers as SUBSCRIBER

Check if you have registered the MAC address of the wireless device on the call manager since the call manager will load the profile based on MAC address. Please make sure that you have entered the wireless mac address in the call manager too. Also try disabling the WMM and VLAN priority options on the wireless adapter
