HI
Can anyone suggest how i can mange complex dial plans in a cisco world.
I have an IP2IP GW with a SIP trunk to the PSTN with multiple E164 addresses and then have a number of customers with Call Managers in our datacentre that need inbound calls routing to them.
The problem i have is the best way to point the traffic at each set of CCM.
example customer ccm A has 3 lots of DDI
customer ccm B has 3 lots of DDI.
The only way i can see of doing it is having 3 dial-peers for each customer matching the DDI as the incoming-number command only supports 1 type of number match and the DDI are completly differant, and then point the session target to their CCM.
Problem is this will get very messy as i could have losts of customer with lots of DDI and i dont want to have loads of dial-peers.
Any one have any ideas?
How do cisco expect you to manage dial plans as the number matching is very basic in IOS.
Is there anything i can do to re-write the numbers with Tech Prefixes and then match the dial-peer on that?
Thanks
Andy

Hi,
May be you can use VoIP Gateway Trunk and Carrier Based Routing.

Why don't you consider using a softswitch? That is namely their purpose :)
