All - I was wondering if anyone had encountered the following: CCM user on remote cluster places call through IPtoIPGW (with viazone GK) to local cluster MGCP GW to TEHO to a PSTN conference service (IVR). Since call is never fully cut through (K17950966) H.245 capabilities exchange does not complete and DTMF is not passed. I have configured voice rtp send-recv on all H-323 gateways. If I change the number to a non-IVR PSTN subscriber then DTMF relay works fine (can see it in debug h245 asn)
dtmf-relay command using h.245 signal that includes the duration of the digit. For certain applications it is needed to send the duration of the DTMF digits.
I think you require a MTP for the DTMF conversion of H323 H.245-alphanumeric DTMF relay
I have MTPs for all of the H.323 components already provisioned. The fat that DTMF works to any other device leads me to believe it is similar to K17950966. Since the call never gets to the "connected" state the digits are not getting passed.
