Hello,
Network topology looks like follow.
Caller -----> Internet -----> AS5350XM -----> ISDN(PRI) -----> Called
debug isdn q931 gives me following log
Cause i = 0x809E - Response to STATUS ENQUIRY or number unassigned
Is it affect for call? If it is. How to solve that ?
Any help will be appreciate.
Sincerely,
Tseveen

This will not affect the call as its an reply message to a previous Status enquiry.
Response to STATUS ENQUIRY - This message indicates that the reason for generating this STATUS message was the prior receipt of a STATUS ENQUIRY message.
Unallocated (unassigned) number - This message indicates that the called party cannot be reached because, although the called party number is in a valid format, it is not currently allocated (assigned).

Thanks for your reply,
How about following isdn status.
Call awarded and being delivered in an established channel
The reason:
The user is assigned an incoming call that is being connected to an already-established call channel.
Question:
1. Why the call being connected to an established call channel ?
2. Why it didn't choose free channel ?
3. How to solve? is there any configuration on AS5350XM ?
Thanks any help.
Best regards,
Tseveen
