please i need to know, when applying IVR system on MY AS5350 are those script included in the IOS need editing or i can use them as is without adding anything?

how can this script know how much money remainig in the account in order to play the right amount to customers

Sounds like you want to use the Debit card script to do pre paid calling card services.

The scipts are downloadable off CCO under access software/TCLware

You will need a suitable prepaid billing and control system such as MindCTI, otherwise the script won't be much use. Refer here for more information -

Do you know what IVR support # # # to disconnect the call for prepaid?. I've tried different ones without luck.
