Laotian IVR Support

Dear Netpros,

We are soon going to launch Pre-Paid Calling Card Services in Laos. For this we are going to use either a Cisco AS5300 or a Cisco AS5350. Now we need to intergrate both Laotian and English IVR into the gateway for supporting both the languages. Could someone help on checking these things:

a] Does the Cisco Gateway support Laotian

Language. If yes then how can i check it on

the gateway?

b] How can i get the Audio Prompts or Files for

Laotian Language? We need all the available

prompts for Laotian language to test them?

Any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.

I guess, you can add Laos language as support to the IVR infrastructure of the Cisco IOS gateway.You may need to create a new TCL language module. Check out the following document for more details:
