Licensing CUCM 7.1.3

Hello,

i have a problem with my callmanager.

I had licensed all ip phone: 1676 DLU. it worked fine

now i added 20 DLU yesterday. After added them, i get an error on the CUCM Administration page which said that system is operating on insuffisant licenses (please see attached file).

it remain -1626 unit and authorized 50 unit( see attached file).

What can i do to solve the problem please?

Did u deleted the previous license files by mistake?

If not and all license files are available in license mgmt check if lic service is running. Try to reboot. If this does not help and you are sure all lic files are available contact licensing@cisco.com
