I set max-conn in voice dial-peer

I see next mesage:

%CALL_CONTROL-6-MAX_CONNECTIONS: Maximum number of connections reached for dial-peer nnnn

Question:

Whether creates IOS a radius account packages (start) for rejected call?

I'm getting the same message on AS5350 12.2(15)T9. As I checked the bug you proposed, it's for c3600 not for as5350. My IOS looks not affected according to the mentioned bug.

I'm hihly interested in this bug's solution.
