I am running MeetingPlace Express and every so often I run into issues where if someone calls the number, it connects, but I hear no audio. I am wondering if this is a limitation of MeetingPlace or an issue with the number of concurrent calls?
We have several numbers pointing to and internal extension which is a router pattern that points directly to the meetingplace h.323 gateway.
It is strange at times, when I dial the internal extension, I get connected, but hear no prompts. Immediately afterI dial an external number that points to the same internal extension, and can get fully connected. Could this also be a QoS issue? I have checked the status reports for capacity, and I am only running about 20% of licesnes during this time as well.
