MGCP using modem passthrough

Hello,

I have a VG224 that a customer has and has troubles connecting with modems. Below is the config using MGCP, any ideas why users have to try to reconnect multiple times? Thanks.

If you need to configure fax pass-through to work with Cisco CallManager (CCM), you must use the modem passthrough nse command. The fax protocol pass-through command does not work with CCM, which relies on NSE information. Refer URL
