Multichannel T3 Not working when moved from Pt2Pt to SONET

I attempted a cut over of a point to point Channelized DS3 connected through a FLM 150 to a DS3 riding a OC-12 SONET on Flashwave hardware. This did not work. The tech at the telco CO told me that I needed to be running M13 framing on my T3 controller. I find M23 framing but not M13.

We moved the DS3 back over to the original connection and everything is currently working fine.

Any help on who needs to be pointing the finger at whom? Thanks in advance for any advise.

M13 framing is for channelized DS3,

How come the PA-MC-T3 adapter that I have only has options for M23 or C-Bit? I am really confused.
