Multiple line appearance that rolls over to next line

Hello,

I am trying to setup some 7941/7961's that have the same line appearance on the phone and when say line-1 is busy a new inbound call will rollover to line-2 and the agent will be able to place line-1 on hold and retrieve line-2. I have tried setting it up using the following

I created seperate partitons/CCS as listed but the 2nd call always comes in on line-1 as a second call. This environment is using Extension Mobility and I've tried to do it on a phone that doesn't use EM with same results. any help or point in the right direction is appreciated.

Did you set the busy trigger to 1 for the 1st line on all line appearances?

no it currently is set at 2, I'llchange it and try again. Thanks.
