We're using BTS10200 as softswitch and have linksys routers (w/ voice ports) as SIP endpoints. It is known that NAT poses problems with VoIP traffic. I've read several solutions such as STUN, outbound proxy, SBCs to resolve such NAT traversal issues. What would be my best option? Thanks. - Raul
The softswitch is within our ip network (uses public ip addresses) and the linksys routers are the once deployed to clients (connected through different broadband providers). In some cases, the broadband providers are already implementing NAT (either on their DSL cpe's or their BRAS) or clients implementing their own FWs, with the linksys routers behind them. -Raul
