No remote access to CCM 4.2(3) using web browers or remote desktop

Hello everybody, I have a problem to access remotely to CCM 4.2(39. Using the web browers on my laptop the java screen does not give the login, it just shows a green screen.

If I use the Remote Desktop, it gives the msg that the Server has not remote access activite, I actived on the Server Routing and Remote Access.

I have following scenario: a switch, the MCS 7815 I2 with OS 2000.4.3a upgraded to 2000.4.3aSR5 and CallManager 4.2(3), the gateway 2821 and mi laptop.

If I work on the server everything work just fine.

ANY HELP WILL BE REALLY APRECIATE

Try to restart the IIS service on the CCM for web access to the ccmadmin... Also make sure that the terminal service is started mode and if it is.. restart it again and see

.Also make sure that if there is a denial in the middle to port 443 [https ] and 3389 for RDP

Try also to access it via VNC
