On CCM the phone registration comes as unknown

When searching for phones within CCM, list of phones appear but within Status and IP address I get 'not found'. When you go within one of the phones the Registration comes as 'Unknown' and IP address as 'Not found'. This is showing on all phones....Please note that the phones are working OK. Also this was not happening before so do not know what has caused this to happen?

You did not mention the CCM version you are running but there were acouple of bugs in relation to RIS. Try cycling RIS & DBL to see if this resolves your issue.
