Our call center uses Vistapoint to manage calls. If an operator parks a call, it stays there for 3 minutes. When re-presented we have it programmed to go to the hunt group instead of the operator who parked it. If all operators are busy, the customer is disconnected. This call flow worked under version 8. We opened a Tac case but they can't find anything. To be honest, I am wondering if this functionality is even a supported feature. Any ideas?
