PGW and AS5400

Hi all,

I have a solution that connect 2 pgw's with one as5400, the TDM switch that have ss7 are connected to the as5400, and they use the TS 1 for signaling, I have configured my as5400 e1 as follow:

controller E1 1/0

framing NO-CRC4

pri-group timeslots 1-31 nfas_d primary nfas_int 0 nfas_group 0 rlm-group 0 !

interface Serial1/0

no ip address

!

interface Dchannel1/0

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

isdn incoming-voice modem

no isdn send-status-enquiry

isdn negotiate-bchan resend-setup

no cdp enable

!

My questions are 2:

1.- how to change the ts 1 to be used for signaling mode instead of use 16?

2.- I'm using nailed mode, so, do I have to create all trunks in my pgw? and also have to create my d channels in the pgw?

You will need to create a channel group for TS1 since this is considered and integrated SLT setup:
