Phone Loading

Just wondering whether any one has seen this problem. When resetting a 7940G IP Phone, just before it ready to display the line and ready for use a message is displayed 'Tone File Unavailable'. The phone can be used as normal, but I don't know what this means. Any ideas???

There is a defect raised on this issue (CSCeb27427). Seems to be fixed in 3.3(3)sr1.
