Please Help any one?

dear all

iam using AS5350 have a simple IVR on that palying only the IVR on this AS but my problem is that a small numbers of calls usally gets stuck on this server and its also billing in my Readius derver i need to know the command to limit the maximum call duration to like 60seconds si that any active call on the server which reached 60 seconds must be disconnected please any one help me with this

Calls should not stuck.

And if they are, you should search for the reason why they do.

If you get incoming calls from analog lines (converted to E1/T1 by a channel bank to "enter" the AS5300), then check if the channel bank is doing proper call (answer/disconnect) supervision.

There are two simple ways to set the call session time to a fixed value:

1. From your billing system via the Radius server

2. By changing your IVR script. Use the "timer start" command to setup a time for 60sec. Then write a procedure that will catch the event ev_named_timer and disconnect the call.
