PRI not passing Calling Name

I am using an AS5400 as a voip gateway to PSTN. It is connected to a softswitch via an ISDN PRI. The caller id name is not being passed from the softswitch in the ISDN message. Is there a particular setup for the ISDN I need to enable this?

How does the softswitch expect to receive the calling party number, Facility IE or Display IE?

The link did shed some light on the subject. I still can't find any answers. We are in the process of learning more about our softswitch too so we don't know what if anything is being sent over the PRI. I am checking with Cisco to see if the IOS were running even supports cnam over the ISDN.
