Problem with Extension Mobility Error 3

Hi @all.

I have a problem with the EM-service for CCM 3.3(2) SPC

It already worked fine. After creating some Device Profiles it is not possible to log-in on the phone.

The phone shows Error [3]. Internal calls work fine.

Does anybody have an idea?

I had the problem that the profile has not been loaded on the phone anymore. Do you have the same problem?

What happens when you do a manual reset? (**#**)

Does it work then?

sorry for the late answer...

I reseted all phones. It did not help.

I think the authentication works. When I type in a wrong password for a profile, the access is denied. With the correct password, the profile is not loaded and the error [3] occurs. Any idea?

Well i thought that you are confronted with

a bug which i recently had with Extension Mobility which is not the case.

So what is ecaxtly is the error message? only error [3]?

I guess there should be somthing on the cisco page about error codes.

Hi Roger...

I solved the problem... After tracing the login process, I found out that the CCMSysUser could not be authenticated. I don't know why, but the CCMSysUser Profile was disabled. I reactivated it and now it works fine. I any case, thanks a lot!

I'm having this same error and haven't found where to enable the CCMSysUser Profile. Can you help me with this?
