QoS for VOIP on 851W?

I get the message (see attached image) saying that QoS isn't enables with this IOS. i check my IOS, it says 12.4(4)T.

is QoS possible with my 851W?

Sorry, the 851 does not support QoS.

However I have one at home, off a decent adsl, and I have no issues with voice in g711 even with concurrent data activity. of course this is not merit of the router but of said decent service.

this is the issue we are having.

4.0MBps(Dn) 0.625MBps(Up)

33 people on network.

lots of dropping even on this.

dang, i'm gonna have to get the VOP boys out to look at this.

You should get an 877w as a minimum. With that, you would be able to control the adsl line directly in the router, for QoS at least in the upload direction.
