QRT on CCM 3.3(2)

We have implemented QRT for our 7960 Phone users.

Can you advise me how we manualy remove these records. We normaly poll and process offline but there are occasions when this is not possible and large numbers of records are generated. There does seem to be a large processing overhead in using the manual "phone problem report viewer".

I am asking this question besause we suspect a link between an sqlserv.exe memory leak and in excess of 3,500 QRT records being present on a lone CCM cluster.
