reject call from few dnis ?

The cisco 2600 T1 gw + 3600 IOS gatekeeper form the h323 voip network.

The situation is the 2600 gw will receive many telephony call from pstn.

Now my T1 is suspected to have a group of telephone number to dial to my network...

Is it possible for me to do the least protection from reject those dnis to make voip call from the gw configuration?

Or I can only do this from telco directly?

Ideally if you do not want to receive calls for these DNIS the telco should not route it to your T1 because the T1 will be blocked till you reject it on your gateway. If that is not possible there are quite a few configurations to block it on you gateway, as follows :

1. Call blocking based on dial-peer
