SPA8000 Avaya IP Switch

I am having an issue with releasing calls when trying to do a conference call through an Avaya IP switch. The system is using an SPA8000 utilizing trunking for dial tone. When trying to release one of the lines participating in the conference the line will not drop. Have to reboot the whole switch  in order to clear the line.

So I did some more testing

So I did some more testing and it seems when I have a single line active and press the drop key everything works fine. When I do a conference call however and try to drop the lines get stuck. Is this a voltage , signal issue is there a setting I can adjust?
